My favorite game involving the Steelers... 2007, I believe it was Alex Smith, cornerback, who talked a ton of shit before the game. They came up to Foxboro, and got raped. Especially Smith.
Wasn't it Lee Flowers? I do remember someone guaranteeing a victory against the Pats and he wasn't even one of the stars of the team. I hate it when they run their mouths.

They are a generally a boring team to watch and I don't like Big Ben. They do have douchebag fans but I think Jets fans are the biggest douchebags.

I think Eagles fans might like to have a few words with Jest fans on douchebaggery. After all, Jest fans weren't too bad until Fat Ryan joined up.

2007 looked like such a nice "fuck you" to the league. Right up until we put a question mark on the end instead of an exclamation point. 🙁

13 of 22 teams in the AFC Conference Championship, starting with the 2000 season, have been one of those three teams.

8 of 10 have been won by one of those three teams.

The thing is... when Roethelisghers (fuck that name) retires, I expect the Steelers to still be a great team. They might not take the division as often anymore, in the face of a maturing Flacco, but they'll still be a factor.

When Brady retires, the Jest are enough of a problem that they might present a problem for the AFC East, unless we get lucky and draw another good quarterback.

Hopefully. I've been following them since 1987 and this is the first good Steelers QB I've seen play. Too bad he's retarded as a human being.
