You got played, just be more careful in the future.
I considered her trying to say that I was dating her. But I wasnt (plenty of people who will support me on that one). I had just come out of a relationship myself. I've never slept with her and more over, she was / is married / engaged to a guy who is stuck in india. (long story)
Yes, i know her broke ass wont let me collect but a lien on her ass would allow slow collection if any
You aren't going to be able to get a lien on her, you aren't going to get any black mark on her record, you aren't going to get a judge to believe you were financing her trip. Unless you have something written, it's your word vs hers and neither one mean anything. You'll only look like someone who was played like a chump trying to get in her pants. It happens every day.
She's a wise and beautiful woman, nothing you can do now but let time pass and get over it. I know you want revenge, but this isn't a battle worth trying to win. You'll need a lawyer just to file writs of execution, etc. You'll be out more money than you could ever hope to recover.
If he presents his case without the emotion. I think he has as much a chance as any getting her portion of the hotel + food costs. Yeah he was a chump. But being a chump doesn't mean he is automatically stuck with the bill.
The thing is that this was totally my fault.
If you go after her, how unhappy are you going to be when she claims you raped her? Recognize the situation you're in, put it behind you and learn from it.
The thought of her calling out 'rape' has crossed my mind. She is fully capable of doing such shit.. but at some point calling rape when there was no such rape, she would be lying out of her teeth. There has to be some punishment for women who lie like that..
The fact is that the law is skewed towards women, we men get the shaft on this. This is the one thing that she can claim, and there is no proof over it, other than a lie detector test.
All this makes me sad, that women can lie and get away with things.
Don't be a sucker. And don't ever let someone owe you money unless you can lose it.
thank you. Five posts down, we're getting better. Of course it was a long time ATOT user, but I expect an old-timer to be on the button.Pics?
