So, should we open up the ATOT hospital this weekend? Seems like we know what we are doing.

After work today, I got into my car and turned on the radio which was set to a low volume and noticed that it sounded really loud to me like it was inside my head. When I went home and started talking to my roommates, everything was also really loud. About 20 minutes ago I noticed I'm very dizzy. So is this something I should be going to the ER for? or will it pass overnight?

Sounds like a migraine.

Update: Went to urgent care. Waste of my time and worthless. Doctor checked my ears and nose, blood pressure, asked a few questions, and told me if it gets worse to come back in. I went and did a workout tonight and was totally fine during the workout.
