Update: I'm still dizzy. It's probably not my blood pressure since I check that normally and its like 110/75. Doubt I'm dehydrated either as my urine is clear like water.

Possible candidates: ear infection, diabetes, stroke, etc.

cold

if u've already eaten dinner, drink a glass of water, then head for bed. if u're still dizzy when u wake up, worry then.

Update: Woke up this morning and so far dizziness is gone, but hearing issues havent changed.

Had the same thing for three days now, I am considering it a cold/flu.

Hypersensitivity to noise.
Dizziness.
Bowel issues. (That's right, I said it.)
Trouble sleeping.
Feeling "hot" but I don't believe I have a fever.
Excessive facial stubble. (No shaving since Sunday. )
