i voted xbox because i have ps2 and i hate so many people have the exact same thing i do . . .

Actually get the xbox if you have friends over playing all of the time, ps2 for single player. I can't remember the last time I played a single player game though, so xbox does me well. I have a ps2 though, but right now all it is is a dvd player.

Obviously that the PS2 has GT4, its the first to get the GTA series, althought this doesn't matter as much now that the consoles are nearing thier end. The PS2 has the FF series as well. I love my PS2, I do wish i could also get an xbox cause there are some great games on it as well. I choose not to vote since I would find it hard to decide. It depends on your wants. What games do you like, what features do you want? Ar ehte PS2 graphics good enough for you, if not then get the Xbox.
 
pass on the new slim line PS2..if you go PS2 get the original type...I would take Xbox over both but I have both consoles
 
Why no Cube? Whilst the games arent as serious, they certainly beat the crap out of the remaining consoles in terms of fun.
