Yes I got the same box today and I'd forgotten about the lawsuit. I bought a aiw 9800pro which qualified me. I put the box in the closet where it will be molested by my 8800gts 512 lol.

I've got a 4670 in the mail today.
It does come with HDMI output too.
Not sure what to with it.
Perhaps put it for sale.

Got two today. Guess they'll be a decent upgrade for the relatives with onboard graphics. Or spares.

Sounds like it.

Info: http://www.aticlassaction.com/

I bought an OEM "Bulit-By-ATI" X850 XT PE from Monarch Computers between the purchase period, which I still have. Though not sure if I would've been able to produce a proof of purchase.

Sad I missed this. :(

I had the same identical issue as yours, but I bought an X800XT instead at the same store, but couldn't find anywhere my proof of purchase, damn you to hell Monarch Computer!!!

Yeah got mine today for my X800XT PE AGP refurb back in the day. Which still works :D And got the check last year for $220-something. The video card that keeps on giving!

Awesome, there should be a glut of HD 4650/4670 hitting the market. I liked this card when it routinely could be found for $35 ~ $45 after rebates.
