I'm long out of date on the OC'ing game. As such, I only have mine at 2.1ghz. Here is my setup:

3600+ Brisbane
2x1gb Super Talent 667
MSI K9N Platinum

I believe I left the HT @ 1000mhz and just upped the fsb to 220mhz. I'd like to get ~2.4ghz though. Any recommendations on where to start?

Nice little chip! Just gave it a small overclock to make it the equivalent of a x2 3800- runs nice and cool! I got that Cheap-o arctic hsf from SVC- running Prime on it now- 25C. HSF cool to the touch. Prime has been running for an hour or so.

Just get the SuperTalent DDR2-667 sticks at either the 'egg or eWiz.
They seem to OC very well (at least better than the Kingston ValueRam DDR2-667 sticks I have, which also run at 1.8V).

At NewEgg
At eWiz

I have the corsair value sticks 2x 512 pc2-5300. I maxed out the HT bus at 265 unfortunately. But, as far as I know, the chip did not even break a sweat at 2470. I did not even up the volts on the core either! Right now I am running virus scan, defragmentor, and prime95 simultaneaously to check stability. all good so far.

Tforce 500 $79-$10 MIR
SuperTalent 2GB DDR2-667 $99
eVGA 7600GS $90-$20 MIR

Also I bought Thermaltake TR2 430W from zzf for $41-$10MIR free shipping.

How about the X1950GT at newegg for 110$? It's a great card at a great price and will run Fear and a plethora of other games at better resolutions that the 7600GS could even hope for. As for me, I just picked up a BFG 7800GS OC AGP today for $100 and am dropping it into my Celeron D machine. Time for the Brisbane, TForce 550, 2GB G. Skill Ram, and X1950GT to go back to Newegg.

I am picking up 2 x 640MB 8800GTS' so I'll be running a quad core of some sort ;)...

Jesus, when will the price stop dropping. Glad I got it with R6:V, worth the $6.
