My best guess is that much like the Barton, it'll depend on wether the program/game likes MHZ or not, because of course the fact they PR'd both with the same speed means very little anymore. Hopefully the 1mb cache model will have the same speed potential as the 3200+ and not be the CPUs that couldn't make the 2ghz speed grade.

Newegg has the exact same product specs for the A64 3000+ and the A64 3200+ ... the only difference is $200 in price. I don't understand.

Is there anyone around here who really doesn't think these will be $70 in a few months??? And if so what are you smoking?

Good link. That's a smart move by AMD- ramp up the # of 64bit chips going out the door.
