Actually, I was doing OH press... I just strained myself too hard on the last set, it wasn't super heavy or anything. I think I pulled the muscle between my shoulder blade and my spine and it has been sore for about 2 weeks now, on top of that about daily I pull a different muscle in my upper back.
On a good note, I tried to OH press yesterday in the gym and the back pain didn't seem to effect my lifting and the lifting didn't seems to make the pain any worse today. So I'll keep going 🙂 unless of course I get hurt again...
