Even if you are paying for your own room/board, it still doesn't count if you move back to your parents during the summer. Moving out should be when you move out PERMANENTLY. I am renting an apartment right now and I don't think I'm moved out since my permanent address for my (for example) car insurance is still my parents house, the company won't let me use my college apartment since I move out during the summer.

So I won't move out until I graduate college and get a job, so hopefully 23.

18 - The day after I graduated high school, and I moved almost 100 miles away.

I'm sorry to have insulted you erub, I'm sure you're a wonderful hard working person with a very active social life, since you don't want to live with "roommates".

I'm obviously targeting freeloaders in my posts, but if you guys want to continue twisting up your panties and nitpicking on how what I've said is a blatent insult to your particular situation, go ahead. Clearly I've stuck a nerve with you, and maybe there's a reason for that.

17 Never went back.

Lived awhile in a depression dug in the sand on a remote beach, roofed with an old wooden hatch cover found on the beach.

how do u support urself at 18?

wow just wow

i know most ATOTers were already wellon their way to their 1st million at 18, ut I was only making about $7 an hour at that time. There's no way I would have been able to afford my own place.

That's why you room with people and work two jobs. When I was 18, I was making $6.50/hr. I almost remember being 18, but I was at work so much that it's kind of a blur...
