It was beautiful, but 62 degree water. Wildwood would have been much warmer being 200-300 mi south. Four people in our group and my 15 yr old grandson is the only one that went in.
A sunset shot yesterday from my back yard picturing the remnant cloud formations from Hurricane Hone (pronounced "Hoe"-"Neigh" in Hawaiian) as it passed south of the island chain after hitting the Big Island with heavy rains and whipping wind. I sure wish I had a 20 ft. ladder handy at that very moment. That visual lasted less than a minute and then it simply vanished. Mother Nature can be such a showoff every so often.
Probably should have brought my good camera up but was on the roof doing work as sun was setting and thought it looked nice from up there so took a few pictures.
