Eh, you should consider turning it on. It adds to the realism drastically, no ff draws in the noobs. I'm gonna put it on my favorites now and hop on.

yea, one server i used to be on all the time gives me a TON of choke unless i have a 10/60 upd/cmdrate and they blame my connection... but if i go to any other server (TX location) i get no choke with a 101/101 rate setup. i ping about 30 to Tx, 30 to NY, 8 to CHI
