Oh this is frickin' sweet -- an AT CS:S server! I am gonna play here a lot (hopefully)! I am a student at Case Western Reserve University. The whole campus is connected to the Internet via fiber optic internet access, so it should be super fast. However, if the packet shaper decides that it doesn't like the server, I'll probably have upwards of 250 ping, which is unplayable. I've been playing Counter-Strike since beta 6.5, but I'm a little rusty by this point... My CS handle is BOLt.
I look forward to seeing y'all online. Go TeAm!

the server sucks, to be honest. only 3 maps cycle and the shots don't seem to register part of the time, even though it's 100 tick. most of the people on the server had a ping of over an average of about 85 when i was on.

Devioustrap seems to care so much about a central server, I'm sure he'd have no problem hosting one for everyone on his dollar as I have.
Right?

Don't you dare question my generosity, I'm only quoting what I was told.
That being said, I already host 160 AT'ers for free and I see no point for adding a second CS server as usually AT game servers are empty unless games are scheduled. You will be seeing a UT2K4 server hosted by yours truly sometime in the near future.
