43 You know those days when you feel lousy but you know after 5 minutes on the bike you'll feel great? Well today that feeling never came,very tired with a headache the whole 4 hours, yes it took me 4 hours to ride 43 miles, there was a 7 mile moderate grade hill somewhere in there, I don't want to talk about it right now.
