Breakfast seems to be a passionate discussion on AT. Post a real picture of what your breakfast was whenever possible. I'll post today and my weekends breakfasts maybe more if the thread is fun.

Cream of wheat & one egg. I just discovered I like cream of wheat. I think my life long silly aversion to it was due to someone saying it "sticks to your ribs" when I was very young. Sounded disgusting to a young kid.

I honestly can say breakfast is probably my favorite meal. Nothing like taking your time on the weekends to make a decent breakfast while the smell of coffee fills the house. I ran out of food this morning, so I had a smoothie: Kale, Frozen bananas, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder.

What did that poor egg ever do to you?

Don't let anyone ever try to tell you that waffles > pancakes. That would be just as bad as saying pie > cake or that you can buy bulk beef at a grocery store.

Yeah I left it on a bit too long however the slightly crunchy egg (only one side was over done) was pleasant with the cream of wheat.

Yeah I left my steak on the grill a "bit too long" last night:

Oatmeal with cinnamon and a touch of honey today.

Usually just plain oatmeal.

I'll probably just end up drinking the coffee, though, as I'm kinda busy. The oatmeal is pretty good; for breakfast I'll either have that or a yogurt/fruit/granola parfait from Meijer.

Don't feel like taking my own picture. It wouldn't show more than this anyway:

Tomorrow's breakfast will be somewhere in Manhattan. It will be someone else's creation. Stay tuned.

I know you're a Baller making close to seven figures a year like every other AT member but isn't Manhattan stupid expensive for breakfast?

I look forward to tomorrow's post

half cup mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon

100g of oats and a 30g scoop of whey protein is what I eat every morning.

I'm all about savory breakfasts. Especially since I typically run in the morning and I'm coming back after having burned 600-1500 calories. So it's like open season.

Bust out the cast iron skillet. Toss in some sausage patties and/or bacon. Cook 'em up. Then leave the grease in there and toss in a pile of hashbrowns. Get them good and crispy and on a plate and then toss in some scrambled eggs for a few minutes at the end. Butter & jelly some toast and a nice big cup of french pressed coffee......YUUUUUUM.

I've got a 10 mile run tomorrow. Breakfast will be had afterwards!

If I was at seven figures, I'd also maybe have my shoes shined or something. Unfortunately I'm still only in the six figure range. Most likely it will be Almond. Fantastic if you're ever in the area.

Over easy egg on wheat toast.. just like every weekday the past few weeks. Filling for me, relatively healthy. I change it up quite a bit for the weekend.

Breakfast this past Sunday was awesome though:

That's a bullshit meal, OP.

I typically don't eat breakfast during the week. I got nuts on the weekends, however.

+1 but mostly on the weekend here for that, or even for dinner.

I usually like doing a couple eggs over easy and plunking them on top of the hash browns.

The wife ran across the Chef Ramsey creamy scrambled eggs awhile back and we eat them that way a lot of the time now. She's gotten proficient at it, even if it's pretty simple to begin with.

Most of the times during the week I make up egg sammiches.

Cook some bacon slices. Toss in two eggs and fry them up. Make a piece of toast and cut it in half. Toss on a slice of 'murican cheese. Add the egg. Add the bacon. Some trader joes green dragon sauce. Wash down with coffee.

Takes me about 15 minutes to do breakfast for my wife and I in the mornings.
