I'm making a computer for the first time and when installing the RAM, does it matter which of the 4 slots I plust my RAM into (2x1GB)? Do I just use the first two slots or what?
 
What exact motherboard and processor?

You may have to use the first and third slots to enable dual channel.
 
Well, I think it's the first and third for all AMD mobos but I'm not 100% sure. You've got the manual right? It should say in there...
