did you even look at the reviews???Are these non reference coolers quieter than the stock at load? My galaxy reference gtx670 has an annoying whine compared to my 6970 while gaming.

I believe that both TechPowerUp and Guru3d's reviews are both of the TOP unit. At one point though, TechPowerUp's review did not say so in the title, but they have corrected it now.
yes...What differentiates the TOP and normal models? Are the TOP ones simply binned for higher clocks?
I find it crazy that Asus didn't have this card available for launch. Just as EVGA doesn't have their FTW model available at retail yet which is on the full size GTX 680 PCB.
