Here is an old thread from overclock.net. Amazon had the same sale back in mid May and it was same issue as todays sale (wrong picture, correct description). If you read through the thread, people that ordered the motherboard actually received the X58.

LOL...Now I need to find super deals on the ram, processor, power supply and other stuff that would complete a system (maybe a video card).

Yeah I am also using the Prime trial for students. I love it, but I don't think I'd pay full price by myself for it.
