How does it feel to be paid less than a male for the same work?

I don't believe I was paid less than a male. I work for a large corporation as an engineer so I really do think the pay was the same since the pay was determined by HR who new hires never even meet.

What kind of engineering?

Electrical.. I guess not a very bright one since I didnt know the ping pong ball question. I definitely wouldn't say engineering is my passion.

Guess my question was already asked. :p

If it's not your passion, why'd you make a career out of it? For the money?

You must be a newb.
You come onto Off Topic, and your first post is: "I'm a girl".
Then you want us to ask you intelligent questions?
Pah-Leeze!

You should know darn well we're gonna get as nasty as possible before the mods turn on the lights and we scurry away like roaches.

For someone who browses often, you should know that pics is the standard request when a female makes herself known. It is inevitable, so you might as well just give in.

Oh yea...pics?

No wonder you losers can't get dates bugging women like that.

LOL.. I was expecting more questions about dating girls.. guess not..

Would you ever date a guy who painted his nails? Let's say, painted them silver or bright blue?

What jobs have you had in the last 7 years?

Some clerical work while in HS/College and 2 Engineering jobs

What type of Engineering jobs have you had? did you like em?

<--- Studying Engineering.

I'm not going to go into any specifics about the type of jobs I've had.. but overall, I don't find engineering that satisfying. I really believe you have to be strongly interested in EE in order to enjoy what you do. Most people I've come across aren't really that interested but the pay is good so I guess it balances out.

Fine! How do you convince a girl to do it in a "very uncomfortable place?" (like the back seat of a volkswagen)

How many times would a swallow need to beat its wings in order to maintain a proper air-speed velocity while carring a coconut?

Either you really don't read the forums (like you claim) or you're completely BSing us here, because you're claiming to not have anticipated this response.
