That has never happened to me.
Its not tracking. It just confirms the delivery. Which it did 😉

i bought a motherboard on ebay and that was the status it kept giving me. i called up the seller and they said that they would send another one out. the new package was still stuck at 'billing information received'.

it said it was shipped on 5/8. however, the seller said it should arrive on 5/13. that was the 2nd package the seller dispatched. the first package said it was shipped on 4/24.

i'm definately going to give this seller a negative feedback, even if he/she gives a reimbursement.

Yeah just cause they created a label doesn't mean they shipped it
 
if i sell something to guy1 through ebay and he doesn't choose to pay for insurance, if the item is damaged on the way to the buyer, who is responsible? buyer or seller?

Newegg switched over and contracted UPS to maintain lower rates than fedex

Actually if you've ever watched any of the guys in the back working, they treat packages worse than a demolition derby treats it's cars.

Simply too many packages and employees who just don't get paid enough to care about your sh!t.
 
what is ups mail innovations about? something like ups takes it and gives it to usps for final delivery?

that sound right?

also what about the UPS Basic Ground service, can you elaborate on how that service is different from regular ground?

oh and i did have a package sit in billing info received until the day it was to be delivered. its like it was never scanned until that day. really odd but glad i waited it out.
 
will i get my pedal kit and clear corners before my estimated arrival date of 7/21 with dhl ground (not this was shipped 7-14)? This is from Arizona to Virginia.

DHL took over ABX(express not ground)
Then Deutsche Post World Net (Germany) bought DHL

Deutsche Post > DHL > ABX
