Because honest people get intentionally screwed and have no recourse through using it and its daughter company (which I'd also own through owning Ebay) PayPal. Granted, the majority of the problem may be through PayPal, but it doesn't really matter because they both still encourage screwing people/businesses/copyrights/etc...
