Actually idiot Tom sold it to Intermix and then Newscorp bought Intermix so he's worse off than you first thought.
 
Vonage, they're pioneers in an explosively-growing field. It's surprising that a startup has made such headway into the consumer telecom market, given the market stagnation enforced by large corporations and some serious screwed up patent systems .... oh wait.
