By the way, you mention that there could be some underlying issues that are causing all this pain. How do I find out what they are? I spoke to a doctor but she saw no reason to dig deep into this. Just said that I am perfectly fine, and if running hurts, DON'T DO IT! Just walk instead as research has shown that fast walking burns as much calories when done right. That kind of an answer just doesn't do it for me.

Have you thought about going to see a sports doctor or physical therapist? The doctor that you gave that information is an idiot.

Alright. I am going to see the doc end of next week and I am going to ask for a referral to a specialist. Thanks everyone!

A little update: Today during my boxing session I noticed that my knees hurt less. Maybe it's something that will go away on it''s own. I am getting much better with a jump-rope too. But the pain when running, that is something I will have to deal with together with a doctor.
