i actually think it's because the american public is a bunch of morons who don't laugh unless there's a laugh track prompting them to laugh. therefore, it gets canceled... meanwhile, retard shows, like "two and a half men," is still on the air and gaining ratings.... COME ON!

sitcom with a laugh track = funny
comedy without a laugh track = "huh? oh no... SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I'M SUPPOSED TO LAUGH!!"

Top 2? How about and OK comedy but it's not Cheers. It's not as god as alot of sit coms. If you dig through the history of TV ... top 100 ... maybe.

PS: My wife's cousin almost got hte role of Dewy. He still has done alright thoguh, so don't worry. He's in Fey Grim next.

I agree that the poll should be edited. But I also think it's the best show of all time...so I think BEST EVER should stay.

Personally, I never watched a single episode until it was cancelled BECAUSE I thought it was just another stupid, unoriginal sitcom. I never even gave it a chance. 🙁 Now that I've watched it, I realize how amazing it was.
