A75 is 3 wide core
3Ghz on 10nm
And at last a a53 replacement. Native 8c cluster.
The new big little cluster posibilities is very interesting.

Cortex 75 seems to come from the same team of A72, from the efficiency numbers I guess power consumption is similar to it.

@Andrei. when they say "20% better perfomance desity" about GPU do they mean that they reduce overall size of clusters by 20% or are they mixing the increase in "IPC" too ?

Finally an A57 with the efficiency of an A53!

Also, finally it will render the A35 useful to go with A55 as the low mid tier.

And Mediatek as always giving the limits of the current CPU uARCH and that means that they will do the same here.

Wondering if this is 16 nm onwards exclusive and we will finally say goodbye to 28 nm...


Also, seems that is Mediatek time to show up their lineup for this and next year. And that means that the custom Cores like Kryo or Moongoose might go rest in peace.

Nope, still have 28FDS/22FDS/22FDX which all use 28nm BEOLs and with 22FDX at least using "14nm" FDSOI for FEOL/MOL.
