One key is the Game
The 2nd key is the Pre-order Play as Harley Quinn

Also if you want the season pass GMG has it on for sale with the coupon code

Did you order Deluxe? If so, the second one is probably the season pass key.

No, I just ordered regular version...

I tried to load one and it said you had to load the other first...

When I loaded the other, Steam said it's not unlocked yet...

I had that error too.
What I did was tried the first one, errored
Tried the 2nd, thinking this was the game not the pre-order bonus.
2nd was ok, then noticed that game was in list as well

There's a post on the Steam page saying AMD cards are having issues with Arkham Knight:

We also want to note that there are some known issues with the performance of Batman: Arkham Knight for PC owners using AMD graphics cards. We are working closely with AMD to rectify these issues as quickly as possible and will provide updates here as they become available. We thank you for your patience in this matter.

It's simple, they need a new driver like Nvidia is providing.

Think this game needs a game patch as there are only two texture options; low and normal.

As excited as I am for this game, I'll be glad to wait for the complete edition sale in about a year. My backlog, spare time, and wallet don't allow for it right now.

I also hope Rocksteady managed to put together a technically sound product.

If you're an SLI user, make sure you use Geforce Experience to update the SLI profile. I don't think the game release drivers come with an SLI profile.

Looks like the day one patch hasn't even been released yet. I'd wait for it to come out before reaching any conclusions as to the performance of this game..

Users are reporting a 30 fps cap? o_O

Maybe broken vsync setting? That's happened before. What happens with vsync off in game and on via control panel or off on both?

According to the release notes they do.

I would check using NVinspector just to make sure. According to some guys on Reddit and Neogaf, the SLI profile needs to be updated via Geforce Experience..

How do you even do that? All I see from geforce experience is that optimizer crap I never use.
