The pro-illegal immigration crowd doesn't care about any clarification of the language and intentions of this law. That is very much apparent by the nature of their posts and feigned outrage.

Interesting who the pro-illegal crowd choose as their hero. Not an American president or American icon but Che Guevara a man who hated this nation and was a devoted communist.

Since we know illegals don't commit crimes at a higher rate than Americans, those are "acceptable losses" as much as the millions of Americans that are also "criminals". You take the good with the bad in life, that's just reality. I also wouldn't want them bypassing criminal checks or health checks either, but I also don't want to treat them as criminals because they crossed the border. I want them to become legal citizens. That means a federal law, not pansy AZ lawmakers pretending they're just "enforcing" existing federal law (though I'll have to read the recent changes to their law before commenting further).

This is really the bottom line and it's why Americans aren't anywhere near outraged over this. Illegals are just as much Americans as everyone else from all the reliable data that has ever been collected on them. It's the ultimate trump card and it's why Reagan pushed through amnesty, and why Obama will do the same by 2011.

Illegal immigrants make up approx 9% of AZ population yet are responsible for approx 22% of crimes.

In 2005 GAO conducted sample group studies of 55,000 and found of that group there were 8 arrests per illegal immigrant, averaging 13 offenses each. 12% were sex crimes, 15% were property crimes, 45% were drug or immigration crimes, 28% were other offenses. 80% of all arrests were in AZ, CA, and TX.

In 2007 it was found that for kidnapping for ransom crimes (Phoenix has the highest amount of kidnaps in the country, and 2nd highest in the world) 74% were by illegal aliens.

16.5% of all violent crimes are linked to illegal immigrants.


Not to mention, 100% of illegal aliens are breaking federal law. Youre a fucking idiot if you think the majority of illegals come here to pick strawberries to pay to feed their familes.
