Actually it's bigotry against the mentally challenged. But for some reason, the ones that aspire to political office all seem to have an (R) next to their name.

And most of the people with D's after their name usually have 'indicted' after it as well.. I guess we get a choice between criminals and stupid people.

But I don't think that would be bigotry ...

Its amazing how it only seems to be women that the left is going after for being stupid... Show me the threads of the left attacking anyone other than GWB for stupidity? Of course, GWB bounces between idiot and smartest politician ever depending on the rant.

Here's a handful:

Though to be fair, it was a mix of people left, right, and center mocking these right-wingers for their intelligence... or lack thereof.

If AZ is able to shoot down the Fed regarding SB1070, then the Dems can worry about her.

Otherwise, it is just entertainment for the Republicans to watch the Dems get their panties in a tizzy over someone that is not any threat to them.

Same as all the atention that the Dems focus on Palin. They are the ones drving the name recognition.

i used to do a speech contest as a kid. i got to the state level, and one of the guys got caught up and froze for a solid 10-15 seconds. instant death as far as the contest went, but it happens. we're only human.

embarassing? sure. i'm guessing she was thinking about a ton of things beforehand, and when the time came, drew a blank. it happens.

Wow she straight up lies and sounds like a bumbling fool(I support AZ immigrations law btw). Why is it so hard for people to call bs when they see it, just because someone has a party letter of choice by their name doesn't mean you have to be a partisan apologist, that is ridiculous

The amazing thing is that a man who thanks himself for inviting himself to the White House to meet himself is thought by the left to be the smartest president at least in living history, yet any Republican's brain freezes are clear evidence of retardation if not idiocy. Hard to believe the OP's conclusions are based on much more than the letter following a politician's name.

She sounded like she was high/drunk, not having a brain freeze. Or even possibly suffering some mental illness. The little laugh she did was really bizarre.

It was also strange when the reporters were asking her about the beheadings in the desert, and she just paused for 5 seconds, said "Thank you all" in a fey tone, and walked away.

Has she done this before? Maybe she was having a stroke or something or is sick. Like that Congressman who talked about an island tipping over. I guess we can still label her and people that do this as "crazy and retarded".

What the hell is wrong with you that someone's political beliefs would turn you off sexually? Seek help

It's called scruples.

AKA self respect, good taste, a freaking conscience, we don't all behave like dogs in heat, etc.

Hate fuck = to fuck someone you despise. Rape = to forcibly fuck someone without their consent.

Playboy’s Conservative Women “Hate Fuck” Fantasy

Unfortunately, some conservative women know what it's like to be a black Republican. Liberals publicly fantasize about our deaths and the "hate fuck" or rape of the women. Besides the obvious, this is a very instructive incident.

First of all, Playboy thought this would be great publicity and sent out emails alerting the blogs about this insightful piece of commentary…

Subject line: So Right It’s Wrong

Hello —
I just wanted to pass on the link to “So Right It’s Wrong,” an article on the top 10 conservative women we hate to love. It just went live on our site this morning.

Of course, after the unexpected condemnations came in, Playboy scrubbed the page from the Internet, or at least they tried to.

Secondly, for some strange reason Politico's Anne Schroeder Mullins didn't see much of an issue and almost apologized, not for Guy Cimbalo's poor choice of sentiment, but that the tightly-wound got all worked up in the first place.

Since Playboy was so pussified as to removing the offending piece, "The Top 10 Conservative Women We’d Like To Filibuster", please allow me to share with you Mr. Cimbalo's musings…

Obama promised us the dream of post-partisanship—a cuckoo land where party affiliation and factional animosity were forgotten. Turn on cable news or open any newspaper, however, and you’ll quickly discover that the dream has yet to materialize. But there is a way to reach across the aisle without letting principles fall by the wayside. We speak, naturally, of the hate fuck. We may despise everything these women represent, but goddammit they’re hot. Let the healing begin.

Now, I try to be very careful when commenting on the personal appearance of others, but rape may be the only way this Guido-lookin' Guy Cimbalo can get any. Obviously liberal women aren't knocking down his door so he needed to lash out at what he deems unattainable.

The fact that he felt comfortable writing this shows that there is clearly a double standard. If ANYONE, let alone a conservative, had written about liberal women worthy of being raped, that person would be lucky if he'd ever be able to show his face in public again. The media would be running leads on this, and ACORN would be sending bus tours to picket his home.

But notice how little you've heard about this?

That's because conservatives, in the liberal mind, should be raped or worse. Sarah Palin can be hanged in effigy with nary a word from feminist organizations (NOW commented only after being contacted by Hasselbeck). A Top 10 list of potential rape victims can be created by a Playboy writer, and still silence from the liberals.

Do we now see whom we're dealing with?
