Anyhow, I have a receding hairline (a &quot;widow's peak&quot😉 as well. It's all part of growing up. You can either spend your life bitching and moaning and feeling sorry for yourself, or you can take it like a man and make something positive out of it. It's all up to you.

 
Keep your hair, and go get a job somewhere else, You look fine, there should be no problem with the hair and beard in a hardware store or most anywhere in this day and age.

LOL...he does little kind of fruity...If I end up like that, I'll just move into the basement of my parents house and sit in front of my computer all day, sucking up the radiation from the monitor 🙂

Yeah, but think of it this way. When I was 18 my father died, I was left with no money for college and had to join the army to pay for school.

I'd gladly be completely bald and still have my dad.

I hate to be the one to break the bad news, but you will find that there are lots more things coming up in life, that will appear to be even less fair. 😉

Naw, cut the hair and work for your Dad. You'll learn the most from him. Unlike other bosses, your Dad will have your best interests in mind.

Trust me, you have an opportunity here a lot of kids never have. Take it while you can.
 
I would really like to find a computer place around here to work at...Cause that is what I am good at 🙂 But there arnt too many around here 🙁
 
I feel your pain... I've dealt with the same crap... Except that when I worked for dad a few years ago I never got paid... but I got to keep the hair! ;-) (it wasn't the same length as yours... just a touch shorter). I'd say u take the job, get the car &amp; then grow the hair back... Shouldn't take more than a few months (ouch!)

And now my girlfriend hates me with long hair so I can't grow it too much... 🙁
Oh well... I guess it was never meant to be... So be it!
 
The girls like my hair (go figure)...Or maybe they just like to keep me around for a good laugh 😕

My dad guarenteed me a job at the local pool so I could upgrade my computer and get some spare money too. Well, there isn't a need for me right yet as the pool isn't that crowded, so I have no money 🙁 No money = bad = no upgrades. 🙁

Seriously, I think you would learn a lot more about the real world in your Dad's store than at McDonald's.

it doesn't look that bad, my I used to work for my dad doing hard labor in his business. which home improvment. I kept my goatee nice and trimmed, and he was ok with that. Granted it is your father business but he cannot discriminate. if he isn't hiring you based on your looks that just bad. I'm sorry dude.
 
ahh to be 17 again and have problems like that. those were the days.

PS that car is gonna give you nothing but headaches.
