Well I'm going to be a junior next year and making course selections is really annoying. Right now I have gotten into US history AP, physics 2 honors, spanish 4 honors, English 11, Pre-calc. I have one other course to choose, at first I had planned to take Computer AP. However they decided they were basing who gets in by how good your math grades are. I have about a 88 average in regular geometry this year. That is nothing compared to a lot of the people who applied. The list ended up with about 80% of the people were in high math honors. Anyways, now I have to choose between 3 courses. My choices are Chinese 1, Foreign Policy, or Chemistry. I would like to take Chinese so when I go to china I might be able to converse with my grandma, however it requires a 2 year commitment. Foreign Policy I chose because I heard it is not a difficult class and it could help my GPA. If I were to choose chemistry, I would fufill my science requirements and wouldn't have to take a science senior year. However it might be difficult taking 2 sciences in junior year. What would you do if you were in my situation?
