It's quite funny that most of the people who say Windows sucks, actually use Windows.
1. I'm MS bashing from a Network OS Perspective. And I only use Win2K Server by CEO Directive.Originally posted by: dcpsoguy

Then get a new CEO. Preferably one who's not so gullable or one who is less likely to believe MS propoganda.Originally posted by: Sketcher

True, it's just that in general the masses tend to discredit valid arguments based on predisposed stereotypes which are easy to label. Unfortunately, "youth" draws much of this ire regardless of how valid or well expressed the argument is. This writer's intent is to speak to the interest of readers who value "Years" of experience and technical skill regarding a broad range of subject.Originally posted by: dwell
It?s all bad Karma from 15 years of shoddy products and illegal business practices. Keep it coming I say!
Edit: The guy is a 35 year old professional and I have seen better arguments from teenagers here on ATOT.

Regarding Novell, you must be referring to older versions of GroupWise (Pre 5.0). GroupWise 6.0 and now 6.5, very good stuff. In fact, roll in the TCO, Administration, Directory Services, Security, remote connectivity, Built-in Secure mobile messaging = Exchange doesn't hold a candle to GroupWise.Originally posted by: rh71
I've contributed my share of MS bashing in the past, because their Exchange software causes grief, but there isn't anything that's much of a better solution unless you like how slow Lotus Notes runs (God help me) or the antiquated Novell stuff...

When you're on top, everyone wants to see you crash and burn. Sports, politics, business, it doesn't matter.

Windows XP and 2000 do crash. Period.
They are better, but not as good as they could be.
Most problems like this come from bad drviers and/or hardware support.
