The current application of the 'Three Strikes' law in California is absurd. It cost you 10's of millions of dollars and is a disgrace. It was designed & written by vindictive children and allowed to become law via scared & cowardly voters. Complete sheet.
 
Let's see... if I:

*Hit F5 a lot of times on a website, I've committed a felony (someone charged with a felony for doing so)

*annoy someone on the internet

*shoot my sick and suffering pet to put him out of his misery

*put my name on the address and the real destination on the return address of an envelope, then omit postage

There, that's 4 felonies. Would I belong in FPMITAP for 25 years??
