i know a lot of people who make a negative impact on society... i would say most (if not all) of them who jump people for gettin their parkin spot taken, rob stuff from mom n pop shops, and do other crap take drugs like crystal meth, crack... weed i guess does not have as strong an influence

Just because most people who rob/shoplift use drugs does not not mean most drug users are thiefs.

I sometimes wonder if people realise how deep drug culture goes in western society.

I am completely against it. "Zero Tolerance" approaches like these tend to contradict common sense in a lot of cases, so I would rather see situations judged on a case by case basis.

like in highschools if you get into 3 fights the entire time enrolled at the school (3 years or more) you are kicked out no matter what, even if each time you were obviously defending yourself

thats just nuts.

there has been to many storeis about Zero tolerance to think it is any good. When kids get kicked out of school because they find a knife and give it to a teacher or such its time to rethink the rule.

That's OK. It's only dumb to you until you've been a victim.

And it seems like you're not talking about state laws per se but school infractions. There's a big difference there.
