I'm not all that concerned considering if anything ever happened to me someone on here would manage to get my information anyway and probably come to my rescue:p

My name is Yvonne. Hiya.

It's like getting a call from a restricted number, and the person asking who you are. You'd be a fool to answer.

I would not be opposed to the end of anonymity on the web, though. It would make people more accountable for their words and actions. Imagine the civility if every internet user had to have a valid ID and was as accountable on the web as they are in the real world.
QFT my thoughts exactly.

I'm more interested in why your parents named you Cdubneeddeal?

only use my real name in real life please.

btw, I didn't know about the facebook group either... how much can people from groups see? Your whole profile as if they were a friend or just the profile pic and list of friends?

No more than if you weren't in the group at all. I can't even get into most people's profiles.

I've used FS/FT here, so a few people know it and it does not really bother me. I'm sure if anyone ever really wanted to track me down it would not be that hard anwyay, whether I had told them my name or not.

You just don't want to make it too easy in case the "internet hate machine" shows up at AT.

What's the worst that could happen?

Some crazy people on the internet have ruined people's lives before. They just pick out a target. Call their work, call their home, call their spouse, etc. Email their boss, coworkers, etc.

I dunno. I'm slightly paranoid and I've been to 4chan a few times and witnessed the method in which they randomly destroy a person's life.

Same here... tried to hide it a bit and avoid talking about exactly what I do :p.

Yeah, I'm actually in it as well... I guess that removes that sense of anonymity :p.

Call me Buddha or by my real name; it's all good.

Same here. Facebook ruined all.
