If Elevenpog was scum I think he'd do something, and if he just hasn't seen his PM then we're randomly guessing here. Of all those voting for him, ElFenix looks the most suspicious in how he worded his suspicions. A_Casual_Fitz also doesn't look good since he's only said one more word than Elevenpog, that being his vote, meaning he's paying attention but keeping a low profile.
