I’m going to go ahead and call it now. We are there.

When the BLS puts out numbers the dictator doesn’t like he puts someone in who will put out the numbers he likes and there will be zero push back for doing so.

Now he is placing federal agents around DC under the false claims of rising crime, again with zero push back.

We are cooked and we are in the stage of normalizing. People think these mid term elections will be a check, they won’t be.

Welcome to the new America.
Agreed

X2, although I still have a candle burning hoping beyond hope that this oligarch led coup will drop dead well before the finish line.

The thing that concerns me most is if our leaders in the DNC have enough of the right stuff to fend off the corporate corrupters that keep waving those huge stacks of legally available campaign cash in their faces.

Guess Republican leadership is still hesitant to make that final leap towards militarism and instead want to play a PR game where locals "rise up" and demand a takeover by federal troops.
Congress may want to play that game, will Demented Don wait that long before attacking Chicago? Top comment is regarding burning homes in Nepal. Americans may want to look into that.

Mike Johnson: "Yield man! Let the troops come into your city and show how crime can be reduced."

So Johnson's home city will be the first to call for federalization...right?

Illinois is less than thrilled to have military on the streets.
Governor has some words to describe the criminal activity.
Trump calls for / orders further escalating crimes.
Pritzker said. “But we are monitoring everything they’re doing, and using that monitoring to win in court.”
President Donald Trump called for Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to be jailed Wednesday morning while accusing the Democrats of failing to protect ICE agents.

Chicago Mayor should have a presser outside and just say "Screw you Trump. Arrest me. I dare you"

Make a spectacle of it. Show people what we are dealing with.
