Spectroscopic alcohol is about as close as you can get.

Oils don't count (they all absorb water, and aren't usually deliberately dehydrated).

Pure alchohol (the 99.6%+ versions).

Wouldn't recommend drinking it though, since it contains Benzene, which is rather toxic.

I don't think there is any distillation process that can truly achieve 100%, I think 98% is the highest achievable.

Not true. I've got a bottle of IPA that's 99.953% pure. Bought it at Fry's.

Buy.com, among other places, sells it, too:

And it is possible to produce 100% pure, but rarely seen in consumer sales....typically reserved for scientific circles for specimen preservation.

Yeah, Mercury, liquid Nitrogen, anhydrous stuff like that. Molten metal. Maybe magma/lava. OP, please give each of them a try, and more than just a sip, you can't really properly tell if you'll like something unless you drink an entire gallon of it.

Not even close. You can distill out 100% ethanol (ok, 99.99%), you just need to use ternary azeotropes (like benzene/ethanol/water)

I had some 100% EtOH for a while. It smells like candy. Never drank it though. Oh, and we had pure deionized water too. Apparently that tastes like nothing. Coulda made some kickass vodka. Didn't though.

OP: You can get close enough if all you want is a non water-based drink, but none of them are very good.
