First of all, that article is complete garbage. Anyways, chicks dig tall guys.

And short guys do not put on muscle faster then tall guys. However, they appear to because the muscles are shorter and more compact. My legs are thicker then just about everyone that I know but every once in a while someone calls me "bird legs".

I dunno about the article but for me, meeting girls sucks.

I'm 5'3" and even women around my height are rarely interested in me. They always seem to go straight for the 6 foot and over guys.
Once in a GREAT while I'll meet a big girl who wants to talk to me. Last one was about 5'11", 145 and had super-long, flowing blonde hair.
But she ended up going out with another giant instead of me.

EDIT:
Also, that article missed Julie Strain and her husband, and therefore sucks.

Why would she be?
Theres no bullshit in their marriage.
He knows darn well she's a freak ho and loves to show off the goodies in magazines and movies.

The marriages doomed to failure are the Kennedy-style, where everybody pretends that life is wonderful and love is all you need and all that other happy crap.

Anyone ever notice some short men have "little man syndrome?"

They act overly aggressive and drive big trucks to compensate.

They're funny.

FUCK YOU!!

Oh, wait, I'm sorry that was out of line.
Excuse me.

Anyway, I had a Mazda Protege 5 hatchback for about 2 years. Then I got hit by a V10 Econoline at 10 miles an hour. Somehow that slow moving behemoth managed to completely disintegrate my front end. The repair bill was going to be about twice the bluebook value of the car. Declared it a total and got the insurance money.
Ya know what I bought next?
Yup, a Chevy pickup. ;)

Though its only the S10 so I dont know if that qualifies as a "big truck used to compensate".

You know, I work at Vons, and there was an 18 yro checker I was working with, and she's 5'2" and pretty short, and I'm like 6', so anywho, we both take our break at the same time, and she starts hitting me, and I was hitting on her/listening, because she was cute, and she reminded me of a girl I used to have a mad haunch over. So we're talking and as all women do if you can get them to do, she got very personal. Now this is kinda hard to do, because women will talk your arse off, but they will talk about semi personal stuff. The conversation turned extreme personal, and she told me she had gotten pregnant her junior year, why she wasn't a slut (she hadn't gotten an abortion, and was with the same guy for 2.5 years for those interested) and when she told me that, my heart beat a little faster, and the BBQ chicken wings I was eating slowly became less tasty.
This became my reaction.

While I felt sorry for her, I was in no mood to try to get any further because I could see this would just go downhill from here, and I'm not naive enough to think I could do anything regardless, so I told her she was being responsible for her actions, which she was I guess, but it was mainly to change the conversation, and besides all women like hearing that. Then she went back to work, and I prolonged my break another 10 minutes to eat my BBQ chicken.

It's amazing how many decisions you can make in a 10 minute span just from talking to peeps. You just gotta play em like a harp.

Anyway, I thought it was interesting, because there was a height difference, and she was hitting on me. :D

I'm 5'2 maaaybe 5'3 on a good day and 120 lbs...

Females, in general, avoid short guys like the plague. It's so horribly vain and ridiculous. My last g/f was about 5'0 and my current g/f is 5'3. I just got really lucky to have met these girls because they like me for my other traits and don't mind my shortness. But it's few and far between that I get hit on. And when I'm with a buddy, they get hit on and checked out a lot, and me, well, very very rarely.

And don't get me started on finding clothes small enough to fit...

I feel ya.
If I go out on the town with a guy taller than me my odds drop considerably.
If he's 6 feet and over I suddenly turn invisible. ALL the girls will flock to him, tall and short.
Even worse if he's got a wedding ring or shows no interest in any females. They still fawn over him and ignore me.
Annoying. :|
I usually have to go out on my own to have any chance.

And as we all know, women can smell fear and desperation.

Women definately like taller men. I am 31 years old and just a few days ago I finally scored with a taller woman. I am only 5'9". The lady i guestimate was 6'8" All the other women I have been with are shorter.

I must be special. My ideal car is a Mini and I hate big cars/SUVs/trucks. Oh, and I like small displacement motorcycles (<250cc)...

I like being tall. But if I was short I'd drive a tiny car. Right now they are just uncomfy.

6'2 for the record, and my lady likes that I'm tall.
