Are short men better than tall men?

That's stupid. Mick Jagger and Rod Stewart at 5'10" aren't exactly "short". I thought that was right around average. Besides, who're these celebrity amazonian women going to date? There's only so many basketball players.
Most every tall woman I've known has lamented about how they can't find a taller man.

Standing a brazen 5'4" tall with no growth in sight, I can tell you that this is not the case. If I were playing for the other team, I'd still go for someone taller. Currently, I write off any ladies that are taller than me immediately. ~Classic short-low self-confidence defence.
Oh well, at least I still fit under desks easily...

I'm slightly taller than average for a woman (5'8") and height was never a consideration for me for dating when I was single. I guess I've never been that shallow.

hahah yeah.
a buddy of mine (he is 6'4) bought a house and wanted a fully finished basement. when he looked at it it was great. just didn't like the ceiling. so he had a drop down put in.
After it was done it was at about 6ft height! heh he had to duck to go to that part of the basement! hahah i always laugh when i go over. I call him the hunchback whenever down there (he has a 55" DLP and beer and pool table down there). Being so short i am fine heh.

Same height here, but I like taller women. In fact, I've never dated anyone shorter than I.
I agree with Waggy, in the dating world it absolutely sucks to be a short man. The OP article is BS. Only the rich and famous can get away with it.

The single most preferred trait of women seeking a partner is height. Always taller than themselves. Im 6' so it has never really been a problem, but Waggy hit it on the head with the frist post. Rich & famous can trump any height issues.

Heh, I have to agree. That's part of what I found humorous. Her entire point about short men being more humorous or more mature than taller guys was such complete BS that it was off the richter scale in humor. Only a select few short guys can pull it off and generally only women that are ~6' tall and up date shorter guys....not because they want to but mostly because their options get more limited the taller they get.
My wife is 5'10. I'm 6'2. When we first met she told me how she could never a date a guy that was shorter than her. My sister is 5'9, same thing with her. Through out my entire high school, college, and adult life I can count the number of times on one hand I've seen a non-famous short guy with a taller woman in real life.
strange. I am 6"7 and I've always dated shorter women. The tallest i ever dated was 5"6'. The shortest i ever dated was 4"10 (that was a little to short for my taste). but tall woman always saying that want a tall guy but usually it is always the short women who went after me.
perfect height for some puff-puff time! Although the last example... nevermind about that... :laugh:
