OK, this is embarrassing even writing it, but as an admitted diet soda drinker, I am concerned about the caffeine about 30% and about 70% the artificial sweeteners, which I am sure are not good for me (yes, I'm aware of the studies that mostly show they're ok).
Seltzers have no sodium, caffeine, OR artificial sweeteners. They appear to be just carbonated water with a dash of some natural fruit flavor, so I presume they are exactly as healthy as water, aren't they?
