So why'd he need to make a withdrawl for his cab?

It's has been at least ...... well never ........ since I have paid an ATM fee. I don't use banks, I use credit unions, and their ATM's are free. The total amount I pay in service fees per year: $0.00. And yes there is a minimum required balance, $25.00 in savings.
