I distinctly remember something special about the Milennia's engine... Anyone remember?
I know they're supercharged. Dunno if thats what you're thinking about though.
The Millenia S (which is the one you'll want to get if you do get one) is supercharged, and the purpose of the supercharger is not only to provide more power, but also to give you that power without sacrificing much fuel economy.
Old Mazdas aren't really all that special, though. Most of them other than the RX-7's were known to be bland, reliable, and generally poor selling cars. The ones 2003 and newer, like Mazda3/6 and even the Protege5 are pretty unique, good looking, and very nice to drive.
I was considering a Millenia, but thought it better to get a newer car.
