Those are benefits that should have been explained to you during interviews. Filling them out is at the discression of HR
When I started my current job and my last job, they mailed me a bunch of benefits brochures and forms as soon as I accepted the offer, even before my start date. Other jobs they had me fill them out on the first day. Different employers do things differently.

I would just ask whatever I was curious about and that the person is capable of answering. You guys worry too much.

Ask about their policy on dating co-workers, then ask them if they mind if you bring guns to work with you.


This is why you read the handbook. Some places specifially state no weapons or firearms. Others mention nothing of it. I'm half tempted to come in after a lunch break (range break) and clean my gun on my desk one day.

It's a good idea to ask for that stuff and a benefits package before you verbally accept. Remember you're negotiating total compensation so you need to see what the benefits are to agree to a salary.
