i think i may do this, however, i don't think it a conscience effort. Perhaps we guys get used to doing it so much that it becomes a subconscience effort on our part? Maybe thats why teh ladies always say "Be yourself."

I think you misunderstood the function of my comment to acemcmac, which was to subcommunicate that he is making excuses, and specifically that the excuse he made is bull, and also that there are options in terms of what you can choose when you're out there meeting women.

Can anybody picture Spock getting some?

thats how it usually works for me and my friends also, the problem is the girls who are attractive don't need to approach a group of guys.... and if they do there is at least one other problem which is requiring them to do so
