Apple VS Microsoft pole

Can't we all just get along?

Me: I've bought 6 iPhones, still have 3, some iPods, an Apple keyboard, bought my daughter a MacBook.

No urge to own a computer with the Apple OS, I like Windows and am pretty comfortable with it, I have W7 on a netbook, a notebook and my HTPC

Vista on my desktop, W7 on my laptop, Xbox 360, Zune 120gb, Blackberry.

I don't like OSX. I could probably get used to it, but I have no problems with Windows as it is.

A Mac Pro and Macbook Pro 13", both for work
An iPod

but thats it. i used to build gaming pc's but i found with all the money i was putting into upgrades, i was spending way more then i would have or should have.
plus, until a better NLE makes it to windows, i'll stick to FCP.

but i still game on windows on the mac pro.

Windows and don't own anything Apple. AT&T is horrible and I need a physical keyboard, expandable memory, and userchangeable batteries. I buy MP3 players with FM tuners and other features that iPods don't have. I play PC games a lot and have all PC programs so no Mac for me.

I posses both Mac and Windows computers, however the bulk of my purchases goes toward Apple products. I have an iPhone with me at all times. Unlike some fools, I can function just fine with and without a physical keyboard. Those who complain about such things are simply too uncoordinated to use the advanced technology the iPhone provides. It's quite sad, when you think about it. Everyone knows this.

The only apple product I own is my daughter's Ipod Nano which she begged and pleaded for, and eventually more than earned. Other than that....fuck apple. Oh, and fuck using the dollar sign for the S in MS...come on, be original.

Have an iPod Mini. Loved it, but I never use iTunes.
Have an Android OS phone (HTC Magic). Love it. My first smart phone. Does everything I need it to and more.
Have a Windows Vista 64bit gaming rig. Love it. Never had a problem. I'm a PC.

Apple makes some fun toys, but I have no desire for an iPhone or a Mac of any kind. There is absolutely no reason for me to spend the extra money for the logo. Even if I was wiping my ass with Benjamins, I still wouldn't buy a Mac, because they're worth dick for gaming.

I use them all.

Apples are fine but cost to much, common knowledge.

PC's/Microsoft is fine also.

Right now I'm typing on a Apple keyboard, using a Dell mouse all connected to a Mac Pro running Windows 7 Pro.

I have a Dell laptop, I have another Mac Pro at home running Sever 2008, I have a Mac Mini running Vista Ultimate in my bedroom at home and use it just to stream movies and TV shows from my 2008 server in my office to my bedroom TV.

But I will spend one day in Snow Leopard then another in Windows 7, it doesn't matter either way. I can do almost everything I need to and want to in either one.

The only exception is there is no way of doing anything with Active Directory from a Mac OS other than RDP'ing into a Windows box and running the tools I need from there.

I like OSx. I used it when I took some photography classes at a local community college. But I refuse to pay top dollar for a nice looking silver box. I know I can run OSx on my own hardware.... but that seems like it could be a pain in the ass. Windows 7 works great and was FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

I own an older-generation Macbook Pro. While I like OS X, I just can't justify the gigantic pricetag for the thing. Also, repair costs and upgrades are pretty absurd.

My next laptop will NOT be a Mac.
