Just ordered mine.....Doubtful about the Apollo rebate but for $25.15(I bought the Paper Clips) I can sell them and make a little bit.

Word of warning....

This doesn't usually happen, but the rebate from Apollo has beaten the staples rebate to my home door... i've already called staples and dude that i talked to said they were going to mail the check out right away.....hmm.... I am so pissed right now... i am waiting to call staples again on Monday.......I will have few words and then maybe head to FTC if they don't get my money back....(i bought this thing on Sept. 8th).....

If this is the 2100U or 2200U I have gotten a few from Sam's for $69 for the money the print quality is great, but one had a bad ink cartridge and printed all messed up 😀

Just found it can be add to cart again. And it's weird that the free backpack on order $25 up still worked, I added something almost free AR to grab the deal.

Total paid $107 before rebate for a printer, a scanner, a backpack, a CD wallet, 50/pack CDR and something cheap.

Even though Apollo rebate wouldn't come, I'd rather keep this bundle for around $35.

THE APOLLO REBATE WILL COME!!! my purchase date was sept. 09, submission date for the rebate was apprx. 24th sept, and i got the rebate check for the apollo printer yesterday 12/21/01....STAPLES REBATE HAS NOT STILL COME THROUGH>>>... :|:|:|:| If anything I would be very careful about the Staples rebate(Staples told me that they had assigned a rebate number like a week ago, and the check was issued on the 15Th of December, but still no sign of a check in my mailbox yet)..hope this helps...

I got in on this deal a while back... where I got the bundle for about $15 after tax.

The scanner is a BIG improvement over my Mustek III EP Parallel Port scanner... much faster, better colors, quiter, doesn't suck so bad, etc.

Printer... while I can't say it's an HP Photosmart or Canon S600, jeez guys... for a freebie, is pretty dang good. 6 PPM black on draft mode... if you get the black ink cartridge (HP20) for it... the blacks are BLACK... the text looks pretty good. Color is ok... nothing great... but decent for a random color print here an there (esp. for party invites, cards, etc).

I had no problem with either rebates... although I don't fret over waiting 4 months for $20...
