This is actually a great deal for those who picked up the free Conext 300VA UPS a while ago from Staples. The Conext didn't have shutdown software capability; but this does. So, I'll put my monitor on the Conext and my CPU on this one. When the blackout comes, the APC will shutdown my PC and the Conext will keep my monitor going so I can intervene if necessary....
 
Hmmm...BK350 is 89.99 on OfficeDepot web site.

APCC.com shows price of $69.99.
Can be found online for $57.

Deal not good anymore I guess.
