Fedex and UPS will all leave them at the management office. USPS won't do this with packages though, which I hate.

There is an alterations/drycleaner service in the building that handles all deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS, Etc... as well.

My apartment is above my landlord's business so they leave it there. Sometimes though I have it delivered to my work or a relative's house.

I live in a 4-unit place next to a field where there's a lot of foot traffic. There's no apartment manager. One of the neighbors gets a lot of packages. He put a big plastic outdoor storage box on the common porch and gave the lock combination to everyone living in the building.

You can see it in the lower, right under the red fire extinguisher box.
