Oh, in that case, first you have to install a better browser. I am not sure if you can customize IE to not do that. I do know you can configure Opera or FF to not do that, though.

If you're using Windows XP, you can fix this by getting Tweak UI from microsoft's website.
here's a screenshot of what you need to do (i.e., make sure the first check-box is checked)
