It's definately not a big deal. Hasn't anybody bought or sold anything through a classified ad? It's not any different. I've had high bidders drive hundreds of miles to my house to pick something up. They've all been friendly people. Too many people automatically associate the internet with 'wierdos.'

I know. All this "don't let them come to your house" paranoia is interesting. So who's the wierdo?
 
If you sell something in the newspaper classifieds, the buyer comes to your house right?

So whats the friggin' difference?

At least with Ebay you know they are going to buy it and they are not going to try and talk you down.
